A single full registration fee will cover reception, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, CD with all conference papers (pay extra fee to get printed form and send require in advance), and all conference reports.
A reduced registration fee will cover reception, coffee breaks, CD with all conference papers (pay extra fee to get printed form and send require in advance), and all conference reports. Reduced fee registrants who are willing to join the lunches, dinners or banquet pay according to the dinning cost details.
The reduced rate is for the first author who is a student or an IEEE Life member or a retiree according to the IEEE policy. For those autrhors who submit more than one paper, reduced rate ($300) can also be applied to the second or further papers accepted.
Registering as a student IEEE member requires 25$, the registration can be done through us.
Spouses do not need to pay registration fee, but need to cover the costs of the lunches, dinners or banquet that they plan to join.
